Dawn Ellis, P.A-C, MHP

Dawn Ellis attended college at the University of Connecticut where she received her B.S. degree in biology and psychology. She obtained her physician assistant certificate and Master’s degree at Northeastern University in Boston in 1988. She has been practicing family practice and pediatrics since then. She is the proud mother of three. Her interests include running, reading, and weight lifting.

 

Cynthia M. Walker, MSN, ARNP-C, CLC

Cynthia M. Walker attended college at Duquesne University, Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 1993. She worked as a pediatric intensive care nurse in transplant and trauma at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. From 1996-1999, she attended New York University and obtained her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certificate and master’s degrees in Nursing and Public Health. She graduated with honors in 1999. She joined Lake Mary Pediatrics in 2005. In her spare time, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and her three beautiful children.

 

Allison West, ARNP

Allison West attended the University of Central Florida’s nursing program in 2007 and began her healthcare journey at the Walt Disney Children’s Hospital at Florida Hospital Orlando as a pediatric primary care nurse.  Always looking to expand her knowledge and experience, she transferred to the pediatric intensive care unit in 2009 and trained as a pediatric flight nurse soon after.  After 4 years as an ICU nurse, critical care transport nurse, and charge nurse, she enrolled in the Nurse Practitioner graduate program at the University of South Florida in 2013. She could not have succeeded on her journey if not for the love and support of her husband, Matt, and the rest of her family. In her spare time she loves working out, shopping and being a dog mom. 

Nicholas Constantino, P.A-C

Nick Constantino received his BSBA in Accounting from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2000. After a career in college admissions and corporate recruiting, Nick returned to school and attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2015. Nick and his wife, Susan, are the parents of three wonderful children. In his spare time, Nick enjoys cooking, running, and college basketball (go Bluejays!).

 

Kristi Phillips, MSN, ARNP

Kristi Phillips attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree in 2007, graduating Summa Cum Laude and valedictorian in her class. After obtaining her nursing degree, Kristi worked as registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando for 5 years. In 2012, Kristi furthered her education by earning her Masters Degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has been practicing pediatrics since then. In her free time, Kristi enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing anything outdoors (hiking, canoeing, biking, boating, fishing), and participating in running races and triathlons.
